Home and Away star Ada Nicodemou, 43, unveils her fitness secrets as she unveils her ageless face and beautiful body in a new photo shoot.

Ada Nicodemou is famous for her age-defying beauty and she revealed some of her fitness tips on Saturday.

The Home and Away actress, 43, spoke to Body and Soul magazine, saying that it is important to maintain a routine.

Wow!-Wow! Ada Nicodemou (pictured) shared the trick to maintaining a rigors fitness routine for her figure, when she displayed her beautiful figure in Body and Soul magazine this week.

‘I’m going to write this in my diary and ultimately set a deadline for myself. I make sure my fitness is a priority, which means I’m still a priority.

‘My exercises are time for me, so they are and always have been really important to me,’ the star said.

Ada showed off her gym-honed physique in a red crop-top and skin-tight Lyrca shorts in the shoot following the interview.

‘I like my curves, I feel like a woman and I feel more secure, which, as a mum, I think is very good too… I enjoy being curvaceous,’ she told the publication.
