The trailer for Home and Away’s upcoming 90-minute special, which will see big changes for the citizens of Summer Bay, has been announced.
Several events are depicted in the trailer, including the attempted murder of fan favourite Irene Roberts (Lynne McGranger).

However, based on the teaser, Jasmine will not have her happily ever after.
In the midst of the confusion, Ari Parata (Rob Kipa-Williams) remains in a coma, while his ex-girlfriend Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir) ponders whether or not to hold his son.
Thankfully, some of the characters are able to avoid the drama.
Dean Thompson (Patrick O’Connor) seems to be in a good mood as his relationship with Amber Simmons (Maddy Jevic) blossoms.
Bella Nixon (Courtney Miller) and Willow Harris (Sarah Roberts) seem to be in excellent shape as well.
The trailer even teases a heinous murder story.
Irene Roberts uncovers Susie McAllister’s (Bridie Carter) deception, which puts her life in jeopardy.
On the same night as her dinner with Irene and another character, Susie is seen dropping poison into a wine glass.
Susie later covers Irene’s terrified face with a cloth.
Summer Bay ‘will never be the same’ after the feature-length special, says a voiceover, leaving fans wondering.
