On Australian television, Nikau Parata has a fresh issue-based narrative on Home and Away.

Nikau (Kawakawa Fox-Reo) has begun modelling and is eager to impress Sienna Blake, his demanding new agency.

Nikau has already made significant success in his work by impressing clients, obtaining regular jobs, and growing a social media following, but he wants to take it to the next level.

On Thursday (May 27), the drama took a frightening new turn in Australia, as Nikau’s colleague model Allegra Freeman offered him some advice.

Allegra suggested that Nikau start taking an appetite suppressor as he opened up about how he felt under pressure to stay in shape for his new job.

Allegra gave Nikau a tiny supply of the suppressant, stating that it was made by a friend of hers and that she uses it herself since she believes it’s all part of the job.

Bella Nixon (Courtney Miller), Nikau’s girlfriend, was understandably concerned when he told her about Allegra’s plan, especially since he had no idea what he’d be putting into his body because there were no components mentioned. When Nikau confirmed that he had no intention of utilising it, Bella’s fear turned to relief.

However, when Bella proposed tossing it in the trash, Nikau resisted and secretly decided to preserve it.

Nikau also made the decision to join the local gym for the first time, and he pushed himself to do many workouts every day.

In other instances, he began to lie about his eating habits to his friends and family, pretending that he’d already eaten.

As Nikau faces increased pressures and deals with the darker side of the modelling business, Home and Away is set to continue examining this problem in the following weeks.

“We definitely dig into disordered eating for sure,” Laura McDonald, who plays Allegra, hinted at this plotline recently.
