Neighbours theory: Terese Willis to exit before finale in heartbreaking divorce twist

In recent moments on Neighbours, Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou), who is dealing with additional drama, has only just seen her mother’s back. She is attempting to assist Glen Donnelly (Richard Huggett) with his addiction issues in addition to trying to figure out what game Paul (Stefan Dennis) is trying to play with their divorce. However, it appears that she will be focusing on ending her marriage in the upcoming episodes of the Channel 5 soap opera, and the choices she makes could result in an early exit for the adored character.

Terese begins to suspect something is wrong as the mystery surrounding the business Paul is ostensibly investing all of his funds in deepens in the ongoing drama.

When she learns that the company has now failed and that her estranged husband’s money will also be lost, she becomes even more intrigued.

Terese doesn’t take long to come to the conclusion that Paul wouldn’t be so stupid, and she believes the whole thing was a hoax so her husband could keep the money for himself.

When Toadie Rebecchi (Ryan Maloney) performs some research and learns the truth about Sapiko and Bazz Holdings, Terese’s worries are confirmed.

Unfortunately, she lacks the supporting proof she needs to make her case, so she must come up with another strategy to fool Paul.

Paul is not in the mood to hear what his estranged wife has to say because his son David Tanaka (Takaya Honda) has been imprisoned.

Terese is once more excluded as she is portrayed as some envious ex-girlfriend who is frantically fabricating tales about her ex.

Leo Tanaka (Tim Kano) has observed how his father Paul has handled people from the sidelines, and it appears that this circumstance is the final straw.

The young businessman calls out the bad guy for his behaviour, and it appears that his comments have some impact because Paul starts to think back on his deeds.

He seems to be now willing to draw a line in the sand after months of making his estranged wife’s life miserable.

Paul decides to approach his divorce as a business transaction because he knows that now is the time to prioritise his family and put his disagreements in the past.

He meets with Terese and promises to provide her the deal she wants if she lets him buy her out of her ownership stake in the hotel.

Terese decides after discussing the offer with her partner Glen and friend Chloe Brennan (April Rose Pengilly).

Terese informs her estranged spouse that she will abide by his demands since she is prepared for a new beginning independent of him and the hotel.

After years of trying to get together despite a bombardment of affairs and obstacles, it appears that this is the end of their marriage.

Terese may decide she and Glen will leave Ramsay Street as well given her feeling that she needs a new beginning and the fact that the majority of her family has recently moved away from the neighbourhood.

They know Erinsborough contains too many memories for them both and would prefer to leave it in the past, despite the fact that they would miss their friends and relatives.

They could pack up and leave before the show’s finale in August after deciding that relocating away will help their relationship grow.

Terese has always worked so hard to overcome obstacles, so this would be a devastating way to conclude her time on the show.

She is aware that she has lost the battle and must depart for another region of Australia to rejoin her family.

The actor who played Terese, Rebekah, had different opinions about her character’s relationship, even if it appears that the divorce between the two characters will be finalised.

The soap actor stated: “Even though it could be too late, I hope that something between Terese and Paul before the show ends, even though I know they’re now going through an abhorrently horrible divorce.

“We’re wishing on a star!

“Glen and Terese make a compatible pair in the meantime. However, we are unaware of what has been occurring over the past few weeks, so anything is possible!”

Terese and Rebekah could only agree that it was time for them both to leave the hotel after all these years.

The actor remarked: “Terese may be above Lassiters, in my opinion.

“”I’m hopeful that she’ll get another chance, but I have to admit that I’ve always enjoyed being the Queen of Lassiters!”

In an interview with Metro.co.uk, she said, “But there will be some form of revenge as far as Paul goes, yes.

Will Terese receive the satisfying conclusion she deserves, or will something else arise before the airing of the series’ last episode?

On Channel 5, Neighbours airs on weeknights at 1:45 and 6 p.m.
