Neighbours is finally coming to an end after 37 years.
The Australian programme made its debut in 1985 and quickly gained popularity there as well as in Australia; it has since become as one of the nation’s most adored soap operas.
Some of the biggest celebrities in the world, such as Margot Robbie, Kylie Minogue, and Jason Donovan, got their start in show business because to it.
But sadly, everything wonderful must come to an end, therefore Channel 5 made the decision to remove the soap from its lineup in order to concentrate on boosting investment in original UK drama.

When will Neighbours’ last episode air?
After filming earlier this year, Neighbours’ farewell episode has already been finished.
Originally scheduled to premiere on August 1, the show’s last episode has now been moved up.
The grand finale will now air on Channel 5 at 9 p.m. on July 29 in the UK.
There will also be two additional Neighbours episodes airing earlier in the day.
At 1:45 and 6 o’clock respectively, the first and second episodes will be broadcast.
An hour-long double episode special including the final episode will air.
The final episodes will air on Channel 10 in Australia on July 28 at 7:30 p.m. for a 90-minute period.
What transpires in Neighbours’ final episode?
Despite managers’ assurances that it will be “gripping and heartbreaking,” Channel 5 has remained mum on the specifics of what will occur in the finale.
They teased: “In what is set to be a gripping and emotional finale, fan favourites from the past will be returning to Ramsay Street to celebrate with our Erinsborough locals, in a send-off that will have something for everyone, spanning all generations and decades from the opening scene in 1985 to the final episode in 2022.”
“Further announcements concerning extra surprises to send farewell the famous soap in style will be forthcoming in the upcoming weeks,” the statement continued.
Since then, it has come to light that Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan are among the fan favourites who will be making a memorable comeback for the finale.
Additionally, Guy Pearce has declared that he will make a comeback.
