Ada Nicodemou has revealed how she keeps her body so svelte on the set of Home and Away, where she’s been strutting her stuff in bikinis for years.

‘The first thing I do when I get my weekly schedule from work is plan out when I’ll exercise.’ ‘I’m going to put this in my diary and make a date with myself,’ she said.

‘My workouts are time for me, so they’ve always been really important to me.’

Ada likes to go to bed early so she can get up at 4.30 a.m. for a 30-minute workout before work.
