Home and Away’s Justin Morgan (James Stewart) busts Theo Poulos (Matt Evans) for popping pills, which sends Theo into a panic (1:45pm – see our TV Guide for listings).
Justin is adamant about not telling Leah Patterson (Ada Nicodemou) the truth about her nephew’s activities with Valerie Beaumont (Courtney Clarke), Leah’s friend.
Valerie is cautioned by Theo to discard the medication bag.
Valerie conceals the illegal drugs in a guitar bag that belongs to SOMEONE from Lyrik, while Theo is occupied with his band Lyrik and performing at Justin and Leah’s wedding!
The following morning, Theo gets together with his bandmates, Eden Fowler (Stephanie Panozzo) and Kirby Aramoana (Angelina Thomson), to drive back to the wedding location and retrieve the band’s musical instruments.
But when they pass a police vehicle equipped with a speed monitor, they discover Senior Sergeant Rose Delaney (Kirsty Marillier) and her partner are unexpectedly pursuing them.
It is obvious that Rose wants Theo, the driver, to pull the van over to the side of the road.
But all of a sudden, he becomes really frightened, accelerates, and speeds up!
Oh no, will Rose be back in Summer Bay soon to make another ARREST?
Meanwhile, Tane Parata (Ethan Browne), who fled with Maia (also known as Poppy), an abandoned infant, is still being sought after.
Tane cuddles up to baby Maia and sings her to sleep in an unidentified place.
He is aware that what he did was extremely wrong, though.
Is Tane sunk too far?
After what he did, will he ever be able to go back home?
