This year, Sam Frost is marking four years as a Home and Away actress.
And on Thursday, while shooting for the Australian soap in Palm Beach, Sydney, the former Bachelorette looks in her acting element at the middle of a battle scene.
Jasmine Delaney, Sam’s character, was seen rushing to break up an intense altercation between two young guys.
Sam’s character seemed to see the war escalating from afar for some training in a colourful athletic wear ensemble.
Looking as fit as ever, as she kept up the pace during her workout, Sam revealed her taut abs and toned muscles.
Screaming as she entered the scene, her pleas for peace appeared to fall on deaf ears.
Jasmine, Sam’s character, hoped to avoid a rivalry between actors, Kawakawa Fox-Reo and Lukas Radovic.
The characters of NikauParata (played by Kawa) and Ryder Jackson came to blow in the score (played by Lukas).
Due to his volatile temper in the series, Defiant Nikau had several battle scenes in the past.
The grandson of legendary character Alf Stewart, Ryder, is generally on good terms with Nikau as the soap’s best friend.
Obviously, Jasmine (played by Sam) was ready to keep the peace, spending little time trying to diffuse the situation.
However, Ryder seemed to hit the ground after Nikau got a blow during the conflict between the two.
What is behind the forthcoming confrontation is uncertain, but the war seems likely to put their relationship on shaky ground.
Australian actress Sam Barrett, who was born in the U.S. and hasn’t made her debut in the series yet, was also seen in the thick of it.
Who will play Barrett and how she’s going to be in Summer Bay is exactly uncertainty, but she looks like Ryder.
Barrett’s character was seen shouting and pointing at Nikau while Jasmine hurried to see if Ryder was cool with Sam’s character.
Jasmine is a nurse in the series and seemed to be closely looking at Ryder’s injuries.
When the lights stopped rolling, the collective of performers had a totally new narrative.
Actors Lukas and Kawkawa were in high spirits speaking with the production team among the participants.
Sam was seen later in the day with a small band-aid around her head. It’s uncertain, though, whether it was part of this scene’s continuity.
The return of Sam to 2021 comes as her character, Jasmine, embarks on a sizzling relationship with Luke Arnold’s Lewis Hayes.
In the 2014 INXS: Never Tear Us Apart Mini Series, Luke, who became a household name and starred as Michael Hutchence, speak to Daily Mail Australia about the mix of the long-lasting soap.
‘It’s such an Australian TV favourite, and everybody’s so sweet, and it’s such a well-honed machine, so I had a wonderful time,’ he said.
He also revealed that working with Sam made it ‘happy’ to work on the soap, but they had so much fun that it can sometimes be ‘dangerous’.
‘Sam is just the loveliest one. The most risky thing about working with Sam, he joked, is that she’s so bubbly and funny, that you’re having such a nice time, that they call it “action.”
‘But working with her has been fantastic and it makes work a pleasure.’
