Esther Anderson, who starred in Home and Away, has teased her unnamed part in Neighbours.
Fans may recognise the actress from her five-year stint as Charlie Buckton on the Australian soap, which she starred in from 2008 to 2013.
She is due to trade Summer Bay for Ramsay Street in a mystery part nearly a decade after her departure, and she hinted her presence in an Instagram picture.
Esther shared a photo of a rainbow T-shirt in the window with the words “everyone is welcome on Ramsay St” on her Facebook page.
She captioned the photo, “Thanks for the warm greeting @neighbours.” “I’m thrilled to have a small part in such a classic show!! #ramsaystreet #neighborhoodcelebration”
Some Neighbours stars have greeted her with open arms, with David Tanaka actor Takaya Honda commenting a simple “welcome” on her Instagram post.
Christie Hayes, a guest star on Home and Away and Neighbours, used a succession of heart and clapping hands emojis.
