On Home and Away, Chloe Anderson (Sam Barrett) decides a barbecue at the Parata home is the perfect opportunity to formally welcome her boyfriend Theo Poulos (Matt Evans) into the family.
Theo is a little hesitant to be around Nikau (Kawakawa Fox-Reo) and Tane Parata, Chloe’s protective “brothers” (Ethan Browne).
Theo is reassured by Chloe that he need not worry.
But they had no idea that wicked Nikau has plans to trick Theo.
Theo tries to strike up a conversation with Tane and Nikau as the BBQ party gets going, but he doesn’t get very far.
Nikau suggests to take a group picture beside the pool in the backyard as a way to break the ice.
Nikau keeps telling Theo to back up until he reaches the pool’s edge.
When Theo unexpectedly takes a swim, will he find the humour in it?
Since Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright), a police officer, learned that his sister, Felicity (Jacqui Purvis), was involved in the illicit gambling at the restaurant Salt, things have been strained between Cash and Felicity.
The opportunity to unwind arises when Chloe invites the siblings to the BBQ at the Parata residence.
Felicity is taken aback when Cash, who is always quite serious, begins to have fun after a few drinks.
He is adamant that he can be Fun Cash!
But later that evening, after having a few too many drinks, Cash contacts a friend and asks them to meet him or her for a drink at Salt.
And Jasmine Delaney, Cash’s current girlfriend, is NOT the lucky woman (Sam Frost)…
Dean Thompson (Patrick O’Connor) is concerned about his girlfriend Ziggy Astoni in the meantime (Sophie Dillman).
Justin Morgan (James Stewart), the owner of Ziggy’s garage, has also not heard from her.
Are Dean and Ziggy’s current problems worse than he initially believed?
