On next week’s episode of Home and Away in the UK, Lewis Hayes is eventually apprehended after confessing to killing Christian’s patients… but will he get away with another murder before the week is out?

Lewis (Luke Arnold) has struggled to keep his feelings for Christian (Ditch Davey) hidden since his arrival in Summer Bay in late February. He also holds Christian responsible for his wife Anna’s death, which occurred shortly after Christian operated on her following a car accident.

Lewis is looking for someone to blame, and the neurosurgeon is his only option, despite Christian’s assurance that nothing more could have been done to save her.

Since Lewis got a job as a nurse at Northern Districts, the two were forced to work together, and they’ve been at odds for the past few months. Christian has apologised for not remembering Anna’s case right away, regretted Lewis’s defeat, and tried everything he can to win him over, but he only manages to enrage him even more.

Lewis has made it his mission to destroy Christian’s career, and as we recently learned, he has been bumping off his patients by injecting them with heart-stopping Potassium as soon as he has them alone. He attempted to administer the injection to Ari Parata (Rob Kipa-Williams), but was luckily stopped by Mia (Anna Samson) before he could do so.

Christian was suspended pending an investigation into his recent string of patient deaths, which brought things to a head. After Lewis made a dismissive joke about Christian’s drinking, he took his anger out on him, hitting him in the nose, and the nurse finally believed he was on his way to having Christian dismissed.

Lewis was enraged when Christian survived the enquiry and the hospital took no further action about the punching incident. Despite Jasmine’s (Sam Frost) best efforts, he believes Christian can get away with murder, oblivious to the irony that he is the one murdering patient after patient in his search for revenge.

On the upcoming episode of Home and Away in the United Kingdom, he decides it is enough. In shocking scenes airing in the final moments of next Monday’s broadcast, Northern Districts’ head nurse drags an unconscious Christian into a disused ward in the hospital and straps him to a hospital bed!

Lewis, presumably ambushing Christian at the start of his shift, has found a way to knock the neurosurgeon down, and has pulled him up to a long-forgotten ward of the hospital, using the fire escape to get in undetected. He ties Christian’s arms and legs to the bed, and when he wakes up, he immediately realises how much trouble he’s in.

Is this the end for Dr. Christian Green, given the fate of Lewis’ other victims?!

As all of this is going on, Jasmine is and increasingly worried about Lewis’s well-being.

She understood his rage against Christian at first because she knows all too well the pain of losing a loved one, but as the weeks passed, she realised that what he really wants is vengeance. He’ll go to any length to punish Christian.

Lewis was initially hesitant when Lewis insisted on reporting Christian for the punching incident, but she ultimately came around and supported her boyfriend. Tori had given him permission to report the incident because she knew Christian was acting inappropriately.

However, when the case was dismissed and Lewis told her that he was looking for his next means of revenge – I’m trying to figure out what else I have to do to make Christian pay – she realised that things had gone too far.

She downloads to Tori in the upcoming episodes, sharing her concerns. She is concerned about Lewis’ mental condition and believes he may need assistance. Meanwhile, Tori is unable to contact him, and she realises it has been some time since she has heard from her fiancé.

They have no idea what’s going on at the hospital, but they have a feeling something isn’t quite right.

Christian has returned to the hospital and is now strapped to a bed and surrounded by medical equipment. He yells for help, and when he sees Lewis emerging from the darkness, he realises he’s in big trouble.

Is this some kind of joke? Is it possible for you to untangle me?

Your life is now in my hands, he says menacingly. How do you feel about that?

When he asks Lewis why he’s wearing a heart monitor, he calmly replies that he wants to see the exact moment his heart stops beating!

Tori and Jasmine spend the better part of the day looking for their partners. They aren’t at home or in their normal haunts, and neither of them is answering their phones.

They finally find both cars in the hospital parking lot, but none of their coworkers has noticed them. Something doesn’t add up when they learn that only Lewis’ swipe card was used to enter the hospital that morning. Worse, Lewis’s card was used to unlock the starewell, despite the fact that he didn’t enter through the front door!

There’s a big problem.

Tori has a brainwave as the panicked couple catches up at a nurses’ station. What if they’re not in one of the hospital’s usual areas? There are a couple of abandoned wards that have been forgotten about… what if they’re still there?!

Christian is motionless on the bed, his heart monitor showing a flat line; his heart has stopped! Tori and Jasmine run into the room minutes later to find Lewis standing over Christian, who is motionless on the bed, his heart monitor flatlining; his heart has stopped!

I’m curious as to how long he’s been unconscious. Tori screams.

Lewis claims that the film has been emotionless for far too long.

Tori leaps on her fiancé right away and begins resuscitating him, while Lewis walks away happy.

As Jasmine offers to assist, it’s obvious who Tori holds responsible for the situation. She screams, “Stay the fuck away from him,” and Jasmine can only watch helplessly as Tori and the other nurses fight to save Christian.

When Jasmine returns home later, she finds Lewis waiting for her peacefully. He’s absolutely without guilt, explaining that he tried everything he could to get Christian to see his errors. Lewis would have continued to harm people and ruin lives if he hadn’t intervened, and no one would have been able to stop him.

He defends himself, convinced that it had to come to an end. When Jasmine points out that his acts do not represent the guy Anna adores, he responds that he did it for her!

He eventually comes to terms with what he’s done after learning that Christian is still alive. After what he’s done, the man he despises is still alive. Jasmine sees the depth of his trauma as he breaks down in tears, and she realises that his sorrow over Anna’s death has devastated him more than anyone could have imagined.

He is unfazed when the cops come to take him away. Jasmine has a sad expression on her face; she realises he did what he did out of grief. Is she really sad for him, after everything?

Next week, Bella is overjoyed to learn that one of her images has secured a top award! She competed in the prestigious 2021 Portrait of the Year competition and won Best Overall Portrait!

However, Nikau’s joy over his girlfriend’s big win quickly fades when he learns the subject… He had no idea she had sent him a candid picture of him in bed.

He despises the idea of strangers staring at a picture of him, particularly one in which he is topless and sleeping. He can’t believe she didn’t first ask for his permission. Would his thoughts change if the winning photograph leads to a brand new modelling career?

Bella’s huge win drives her and Nikau’s relationship to the edge, so expect a lot of tension in the coming months.
