Harlow’s betrayal

Harlow ignores the Ned saga in order to focus on what’s happening on in London. She gets a jolt of excitement from a stranger, but it fades fast when she sees her Aunt Harriet and finds she has misplaced Prue’s diary, which is essential to Harlow. As a result of this setback, she chooses to have a drink with Corey, the stranger, and finds herself relaxing a little. That is, until she discovers Harriet lied and has the diary. Why would she do something like that? When Harlow eventually gets her hands on it, Corey urges she burn it because it’s the Order’s last unpleasant memory. She appreciates his assistance and the two go out to dinner, but when he makes a move, she declines since she can’t get Ned out of her mind. Is it the end of her Christmas romance?

The plight of Kyle and Roxy’s child

After such a trying year, all Kyle and Roxy want is a baby, but that seems like too much to ask right now. They’re considering IVF, which is challenging enough, but when things go horribly wrong, things become even more emotional for them. Twice. Roxy is confident she is pregnant at first, and she invites everyone close to her to the test result announcement. Kyle notices this and, expecting terrible news, cancels everyone’s invitations. She is furious, but she is a small bit grateful when she realises he was correct in doing so. The couple is then dealt a double blow when an issue at the clinic ends their chances of having a biological child. Sheila and Terese encourage them to fight because they deserve to be compensated for their loss. Kyle isn’t concerned with money; all he cares about is his wife. What will he do to provide her with the kid she so desperately desires?

Ned has Amy’s ick

Ned is working hard to keep things with Amy on track, but his affections for her are dwindling and his feelings for Harlow are growing. Harlow’s absence is getting increasingly distracting to him. Is he set to call it quits with Amy?

Glen’s deception catches up to him

Glen is sweating and Kiri doesn’t appear to be moving. When Chloe gives her a permanent residence, things grow even worse for him. How will he cope with the fact that his lie is in front of him every day?

Curtis has a feeling about something

Curtis is a decent egg who has figured out what’s going on with Shannon, Aubrey’s grandmother. He inspires her to get her hearing tested, and his fears are realised when they discover she requires a hearing aid. Shannon, despite the diagnosis, refuses to engage with the support because it makes her aware of her age. Curtis has a trump card up his sleeve: he shows her how the hearing aid will help her and Aubrey form a better bond. Shannon agrees, and Curtis has completed his good act for the day.

Have David and Freya been extorted?

David and Freya count their hens, confident that they are clear of blame for Gareth’s death. And, as is customary, their euphoria is short-lived: when David arrives at work, he finds a disturbing note on his desk that reads, ‘I know what you did.’ And then, all of a sudden, those stress levels are sky-high again.

Scenes will begin airing on Channel 5 on Monday, March 28.
