Neighbours fans ‘work out’ plot of finale based on tiny detail in background of Kylie Minogue set photo

Fans of Neighbours believe they have figured out the plot of the next season finale.

Later this month, the long-running Australian soap opera will end its 37-year career on television.

Before the finale, pictures from the set with Jason Donovan and Kylie Minogue, who are both returning to the show, were shared.

From 1986 until 1988, Minogue portrayed Charlene Robinson on Neighbours, and Donovan portrayed Scott Robinson, her lover and ultimately husband.
