Mackenzie is enraged when he barges into Salt after showing up at Dean and Ziggy’s house in heels and whisking her away for a’special occasion.’
Mackenzie (Emily Weir) has just returned from a romantic holiday to the Hunter Valley with Logan (Harley Bonner), but as soon as she steps back into Salt, she goes right to work planning the next poker night with Felicity (Jacqui Purvis).
Felicity’s preparations, however, are interrupted when she announces at the last minute that she must spend the night with Tane (Ethan Browne).
Mackenzie, desperate, offers Felicity double pay and equal tips, but she refuses.
The bartender is left to wonder if anyone in the Bay can fill her shoes – and an idea comes to her.
A glammed-up Mackenzie shows up on Dean’s (Patrick O’Connor) and Ziggy’s (Sophie Dillman) doorstep, saying she needs Ziggy’s aid.
The unexpected change of events worries Dean, but Ziggy is happy to help. When her partner discovers that Ziggy is getting dressed up to assist serve drinks to a lot of intoxicated guys at a ‘Bucks Party,’ his mood gets even worse.

Mackenzie assures them that everything will be alright, and Dean is left alone for the night.
He invites Logan to the Farm House for a few beers, but he’s the only one there because the doctor is on call.
Dean is concerned about the lack of information they both have regarding the occurrence after discussing it in Salt.
He eventually persuades Logan to drive down there to investigate – but Logan receives a call from the hospital, leaving Dean to face the’special event’ alone.
Meanwhile, Ziggy has been dragged into the poker night and is shocked — isn’t this something illegal?
She claims she’ll only remain and help if Mackenzie tells Dean what’s going on. The party gets started, and Ziggy has a good time, but Dean is less than happy when he walks in and sees his girlfriend being propositioned by a drunk gambler.
