The 44-year-old wrote a touching tribute to her partner on Instagram, thanking him for his unwavering support and for being a stepfather to her eight-year-old son, Johnas.
‘Happy birthday, babe, I hope you feel loved and indulged, Johnas and I LOVE you,’ she said in the beginning of her post.
‘You love us and support us so much, thank you for everything you do for us, and we adore you,’ she captioned a selfie of the adorable duo.
This comes after Ada shared a photo of the couple on May 2 enjoying a helicopter trip.
‘Thank you very much for my wonderful surprise. In the caption, Ada, whose birthday is on May 14, said, “Looking forward to my birthday month.”
Ada and Adam have been together for five years and have been the subject of engagement rumours on several occasions.
A fortnight ago, the former Heartbreak High star paid tribute to Adam by posting a lovely pic of the two having fun on Instagram.

Last month, Ada shared a snapshot of Adam and her son John cheering her on during her appearance on Dancing with the Stars.
