Lynne will star as beloved character Irene Roberts

Yabbie Creek, the first mystery series spin-off from the venerable soap opera, will debut exclusively on 7TWO.
Irene Roberts, a favourite character of Lynne McGranger, is the focus of this new eight-part series, in which she works with the local police to investigate the murders that are haunting the community.
Set in the fictitious hamlet of Yabbie Creek, which borders Summer Bay, Irene becomes engaged in the investigation of multiple murders, driven by her will to help even in the face of opposition from Detective Sgt. Geoff Cooper, played by Lincoln Lewis.
She worries that others would find out that she is only a diner manager as she delves into the thoughts of the suspects and reveals truths that others missed.
Irene will be welcomed into the Yabbie Creek world with excitement from Lynne.
