Justin Morgan (James Stewart) and Leah Patterson-Baker (Ada Nicodemou) from Home and Away have had their hearts broken after discovering they’ve been duped out of their earnings.
Susie (Bridie Carter), a con artist, defrauded the couple of $90,000 by claiming to be setting them up with their own home.
Susie has taken their money and left her phone behind to make it more difficult to track her down, but Leah is determined to locate her.
When the police begin their quest for Susie, Leah continues to take matters into her own hands as she becomes more obsessed with finding her.
Ada teased Ada about her quest for Susie, implying that it might quickly turn into a dangerous situation as the con artist attempts to stay away from them.
“This con has meant that they won’t be able to move out, it means that they won’t be able to start a life together as a couple in their own home, and it just creates a huge gap in their relationship,” Ada told the Daily Star.
Leah uses her anguish as fuel to keep going until she finds Susie.
Her fixation leads to major issues and major battles between Leah and Justin.
Is Leah going to be able to track down Susie?
Shane Withington, who plays heartbroken John Palmer, shared his thoughts on the story with the Daily Star: “Look at Leah, I wouldn’t mess with her!

Shane also mentioned that while John will not see Susie again after her departure, the story is far from over.
He continued, ” “The plot is far more complex than Susie walking out; it is a compelling and compelling tale.
It’s also intense and clever, and there’s plenty of drama in store for the characters.
As Leah plans a murderous vengeance, Ia Susie is in grave danger.
Meanwhile, though Leah is preoccupied with a scam-alert website, she is unaware that Justin is dealing with his pain and is becoming more reliant on painkillers to get him through the day.
