She’s been playing Marilyn Chambers on Home and Away for 30 years, on and off.

And when Emily Symons, 52, appeared for the TV Week Logie Awards on the Gold Coast on Sunday night, she might have passed for a woman a decade younger.

In a slinky white Silvana Tedesco gown, the Australian actress attracted attention to her youthful skin and slim frame as she posed on the red carpet.

Emily looked stunning in the thigh-splitting gown that cinched her waist.

With silver strappy heels and bling in the shape of a statement ring and drop earrings, she added height to her look.

The mother of one wore her wavy blonde tresses down and applied stunning makeup to her flawless skin.

Her red carpet appearance was completed with kohl-lined eyelids, lots of mascara, bronzer on her sculpted cheekbones, and a slick of glossy nude lipstick.

Emily has been candid about her health and fitness journey, yet she has never expressed her opinion on cosmetic modifications.

In 2019, she told Who magazine that she got in the greatest condition of her life by cutting out sweets and alcohol from her diet and adding weight training to her workout routine.

Emily also makes sleep a priority and drinks lots of water on a regular basis.

‘I believe I went 25 years without getting a good night’s sleep, and now I appreciate it.’ ‘I’ve changed a lot of my habits, and they’re all really simple things that people urge you to do anyhow,’ she told the outlet.

‘Drink plenty of water and improve your nutrition.’ If you take care of your body, it will pay off. I lift weights, and I believe they are really vital for ladies my age to strengthen their bodies.’

Emily previously admitted to Who magazine that she’d ‘done it all,’ from the ‘Thighmaster to personal trainers, and spending a fortune on gym memberships.’
