Is Remi truly over his ex as his jealously of Bree and Nelson intensifies this week on Home and Away in Australia?
Remi (Adam Rowland) and Bree (Juliet Godwin) split up earlier this year because Bree felt that Remi’s insistence on keeping his cherished motorcycle was a red line.
As a medical professional, Bree frequently seen firsthand the risks associated with motorcycles when accident victims were sent to Northern Districts, therefore she was never the greatest fan of her boyfriend’s pastime.
She unexpectedly agreed to ride on Remi’s bike during the 2023 Season Finale week, and she had the best time ever as they zipped across the countryside and stopped at a gorgeous lake.
However, Remi’s conviction that motorcycles are deathtraps was reinforced when she was gravely hurt in a crash during the 2023 season finale.
Bree pleaded with Remi to go back on his bike while he was healing, and finally she gave him a deadline: it was either her or the bike.
When Remi first informed Bree that he would sell his bike and that he would choose her, he wasn’t really planning on selling it.
The break started when Bree got to the Lyrik residence and saw Remi, who was still injured, riding his bike in the front garden.
Bree was devastated to see how quickly her ex-boyfriend moved on, and since then, Remi has moved on with famous actress Stevie (Catherine Van-Davies).
Bree recently connected with Nelson Giles (Mahesh Jadu), the director of Stevie’s new movie, “All Our Tomorrows,” despite originally being unaware of his relationship to Stevie, which only served to heighten the awkwardness of the situation.
Not only has Bree’s relationship with the film director caused embarrassing occasions, but Remi’s relationship with his lead actress has also caused awkward times, such as their unintentional double date in Salt. As if navigating their post-breakup world wasn’t difficult enough.
Bree is taken aback to learn this week that her new partner is an avid motorcycle rider. Although having a passion for motorcycles ended their relationship, it appears she is ready to put her safety above all else for her current partner.
Bree says, “Of course you ride a motorbike,” as the two head off the beach and Nelson immediately heads for a striking motorcycle that is parked close by.
“Is that a concern?” In an unexpected change of events, Bree says, “Not a problem,” before joyfully patting Nelson on the back. Nelson asks.
TV Week has now disclosed that later in the week, after enjoying separate dates, Remi and Bree reunite when Nelson and Stevie take them away to the same opulent home.
Remi seems definitely dissatisfied when he arrives downstairs and sees Nelson and his ex-girlfriend sharing a passionate kiss.
Adam Rowland tells TV Week that “processing an ex moving on is almost always wrapped in guilt and jealousy.” He also says that he’s “conflicted by Bree’s jealousy” and finds it difficult to avoid comparing himself to Nelson.
Why did she end their relationship over his passion for motorcycles, yet she will gladly go into bed with someone who loves motorcycles?
Adam goes on, “Remi is attempting to comprehend what Nelson possesses that he does not.”
Even though Remi knew why they broke up, he’s starting to have second thoughts. During their emotional beach conversation, Remi and Bree make it apparent that something is preventing him from fully moving on.
“Bree remains Remi’s dream,” Adam informed the newspaper.
His best buddy advises him to “figure out who you want to be with, and you need to hope that it’s not too late” when he turns to Eden (Stephanie Panozzo) for guidance.
In the episode airing on Thursday, Remi ends his relationship with Stevie, implying that he may not be ready to give up on Bree just yet.
Will Bree have the same thoughts?
It appears like Remi and Bree will reunite in the upcoming months, as we previously disclosed in our story “Who’s getting engaged?”
The Back to the Bay crew noticed a number of the cast members attending a festive get-together on the beach during their mid-March filming in Palm Beach, where there were rumors that they were filming an engagement party.

In some of the mid-afternoon sequences, Remi and Bree seemed to be the main focus. Tane even approached Remi once to give him a bottle of beer and shake his hand.

However, it appears that Bree and Remi aren’t ready to take that step just yet, as there isn’t an engagement ring visible on Bree’s hand, even though the celebrations are centered around one couple becoming engaged.
Which begs the question, who exactly is becoming engaged?
