After Wendy Shaw, her former mother-in-law, suffered a heart attack, Jasmine abruptly left Summer Bay.
Since then, Jasmine has remained in the country to work on Wendy’s farm with her husband, Ian.
Therefore, Eden Fowler (Stephanie Panozzo) enjoys a light affair with copper Cash while Jasmine is abroad.
After all, there is some past romantic history between the two.
With a warning that Jasmine will soon be coming back to the Bay, Cash tries to put an end to Eden.
Well, a girl can only try, I guess.
Cash makes the decision that he is prepared to advance his and Jasmine’s romance.
He tells Xander, Jasmine’s half-brother (Luke Van Os), that he is going to propose!
Cash gets to work getting ready for the big event.
To clinch the deal, he bought a magnificent diamond ring.
He simply has to wait for Jasmine to show up now.
Shane Withington’s character, John Palmer, is not a fan of Lyrik.
Now that the band appears to have made a permanent residence in the Parata home, their practises are disrupting the peace and quiet.
John is committed to evicting his bothersome neighbours!
John gets an idea when he sees the house next door is for rent.

Cash motivates Xander to ask for assistance at work in a sympathetic manner.
