Home and Away hints at mystery health scare for Alf Stewart

In an upcoming episode of Home and Away, Alf Stewart will encounter a mysterious health worry as he continues to push himself too hard.
When the Summer Bay resident has a sudden dizzy spell, he will find his busy-body tendencies getting the better of him in scenes set to air this week in Australia and later next month in the UK.
At first, Alf (Ray Meagher) dismisses the worries of people around him, but is it just because he’s overworked working at the caravan park, the bait shop, and the surf club? Is there something more concerning going on here?

Tane (Ethan Browne) notes that Alf appears to be in worse shape than normal and offers to assist him in the shop. Alf, though, adamant that he can handle it, declines. Later, when his daughter Roo (Georgie Parker) and Marilyn (Emily Symons) advise he’s doing too much and should take Tane on for a while, he simply waves them away.
“Roo tries to encourage Alf to slow down, but he’ll never do it while there’s something to do,” Meagher, 76, told TV Week recently, before explaining that Alf will snap at Roo to get her off his case.

Roo, Marilyn, and Irene (Lynne McGranger) go into crisis mode after learning that Alf had a heart attack not long ago. They meet together to discuss what they can do about his stubbornness. Roo promises to limit her school hours so she can care for her father at the end of the conversation.
But how is Alf going to react to her decision?
