As she jogged around the beach in skin-tight sportswear, the 32-year-old was all grins.

In a black and white crop top from Nike, the former Bachelorette flaunted her toned abs.

She wore the top with a pair of pastel-colored leggings with an eye-catching floral pattern.

Sam’s hair was pulled back from her face in a ponytail, and she wore natural-looking makeup.

Scenes with her co-star Nicholas Cartwright, who was dressed in a police outfit, were filmed.

During a beach scene, they were joined by another co-star, Jacqui Purvis, who had a kiss with them.

Nicholas plays Senior Constable Cash Newman, according to the Back to the Bay fan site for Home and Away.

On the show, Sam, who plays Jasmine Delaney, gets up up and personal with the newbie.

Over the last six months, the two soap stars have been filming substantial scenes together.

It comes after Sam made news last year after posting two Instagram photographs of herself posing in a little striped bikini and then swiftly deleting them.

Sam posted an essay to her website a day after she deleted the images.

‘It was simply easier to [remove the images] than to deal with people’s judgments about my physique or their ideas about what I should or shouldn’t be publishing,’ she wrote.

Earlier in the essay, the blonde discussed her decade-long struggle with body image.

‘I spent my twenties wearing baggy clothes and hiding under a black cap,’ she wrote.

‘I was wearing those clothes because I was quite self-conscious about my figure,’ Sam explained in the essay.

‘I felt embarrassed and ashamed,’ she said.

Sam rose to stardom after being on The Bachelor Australia’s second season in 2014, and then on The Bachelorette Australia’s first season in 2015.
