Sam Frost is returning to television after three months away from Home and Away.

The former Bachelorette will be joined by her sister, Kris Ross, in the lifestyle series My Road to Adventure, which will be broadcast on Channel Seven.

Sam and Kris will journey down Victoria’s famous Great Ocean Road in a mobile home.

The 32-year-old discussed her new work with the Herald Sun.

“We’re thrilled to be back with the My Road to Adventure group, and this time we’ll be travelling to Victoria’s Great Ocean Rd.

“The Great Ocean Road has a special place in my heart and means a lot to our family. “I can’t wait to go back,” Sam added.

The sisters have previously travelled to Queensland’s Fraser Island and Hervey Bay for the series.

Sam finished filming her final scenes for Home and Away in December, after deciding to quit the show to be closer to her family in Melbourne.

She explained her decision on her Believe by Sam Frost Instagram account, alongside a photo of a retweet about Ash Barty’s decision to take a break from tennis to focus on her mental health.

“To take care of my mental health, I left my dream job on Home and Away. I needed to take a breather, return home, and spend time with my family “Sam got things started.

“Most importantly, I must prioritise my health and well-being. I now spend my days with the people I care about, doing the things I’ve always wanted to do but couldn’t due to my work schedule.

“I spent 4.5 years as a distant friend, a distant lover, and a sister who couldn’t be present for major life events.” I’m making up for lost time right now.”

The blonde beauty went on to say that her priorities had shifted and that she now wanted to focus on the more essential aspects of her life, which employment had dragged her away from.

“I’m putting my health and relationships first. Sometimes when I wake up, I’m worried about money, job, and whether or not I’ll be able to pay my mortgage… But then I remember how important it is to prioritise our mental health and take time to heal our mind, body, and spirit.

“The rest will take care of itself ✨ #healing.””
