On today’s episode of Neighbours, Hendrix and Mackenzie are getting married!

But hold on a second.

What about the fact that their wedding location of choice has been cancelled?

Lisa Rowsthorn (Jane Allsop) and Alana Greyson (Molly Broadstock), Hendrix Greyson’s (Ben Turland) mother and younger sister, arrive from Sydney for the Big Day.

But, with Hendrix’s father Pierce (Tim Robards) and bride-to-be Mackenzie Hargreaves’ (Georgie Stone) father Grant (Paul Mercurio) still at odds, might the consequences put a damper on the festivities?

Residents of Ramsay Street assemble in a picturesque spot to witness Hendrix and Mackenzie exchange vows in front of Susan Kennedy, a marriage celebrant (Jackie Woodburne).

After being diagnosed with a lung ailment after being exposed to intense smoke during the Erinsborough High School fire, Hendrix is still waiting for a lung donation that could save his life.

However, all doom and gloom ideas have been put on hold for the time being.

Will Hendrix and Mackenzie ultimately find their happily ever after, surrounded by love?

Kiri Durant (Gemma Bird Matheson) is still undecided about her feelings for Nicolette Stone, her ex-lover (Charlotte Chimes).

After Kiri saw a furious exchange between Kiri and Pierce outside Harold’s Cafe, the ladies had another spat.

Kiri and Nicolette, on the other hand, appear to have put their issues aside after Chloe Brennan (April Rose Pengilly) offered Kiri some counsel.

Kiri and Nicolette appear to have a chance to be friends, especially considering they both live on Ramsay Street.

Could Kiri be a touch jealous when she observes Nicolette enjoying the company of date Asher Nesmith (Kath Ebbs) at Hendrix and Mackenzie’s wedding?

Kiri maintains her composure while keeping an eye on Nicolette and Asher.

Is Kiri remorseful for dismissing Nicolette so quickly?

Neighbours airs on Channel 5 weekdays at 1:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
