Neighbours who rule We’ll be right back; we have to go grab our tickets for the approaching final run of the show with Alan Fletcher and Jackie Woodburne.
The renowned couple, who play Karl and Susan Kennedy on the Channel 5 soap opera, will visit the UK in March of 2019 to take part in the eagerly awaited tour, which is scheduled to begin in Belfast on March 1 and visit 15 cities across the UK.
Count on our excitement!
Since their 1994 Ramsay Street début, Jackie, 66, and Alan, 65, have been at the centre of numerous memorable Neighbours storylines.
My mind immediately goes to Karl’s affair with Sarah and their failed marriage, which resulted from the show’s resident doctor falling for cunning Izzy Hoyland.
The Australian serial drama has featured Karl and Susan prominently in some tremendously wonderful and dramatic episodes, such as Susan’s amnesia and her battle with MS, in addition to all the mayhem.
More recently, Susan was prominently included in the gripping Finn Kelly (Rob Mills) narrative, which came to a conclusion in March 2020, shortly after the show’s 35th anniversary week, and ended in their own two-hander episode.

From the beginning of the programme, which was 28 years ago, till the very end, Jackie and Alan have been integral cast members.
The outpouring of affection and support from viewers as their beloved television programme is concluding its 37-year run has deeply moved Alan, he added. This is the reason I am so thrilled to be a part of the Farewell Tour.
These performances will bring together tens of thousands of devoted viewers to join cast members current and past in a colossal celebration of the show we all adore. I anticipate that both the cast and the audience will have a memorable time on this tour.
Two more tour dates have been revealed as a result of high demand.
The ensemble will first travel to the Southwest as the production stops at the Bath Forum on March 22. A third performance will take place on Thursday, March 23, at the London Palladium.
On Friday, July 15, tickets for the new performances will go on sale after a pre-sale on Thursday, July 14. For the current dates, a few tickets are still available.
Channel 5 broadcasts Neighbours weekdays at 1:45 and 6 o’clock.
