Neighbours final week spoilers: Susan and Karl confused as every Ramsay Street resident sells up and exits

To the surprise of Karl and Susan Kennedy, everything has changed on Ramsay Street as nearly all of the residents have listed their homes for sale before the final episode of Neighbours (Alan Fletcher and Jackie Woodburne).

The most famous couple from the show left their house with a confused expression on their face as several properties simultaneously displayed “For Sale” signs.

Susan shouted, “What on earth?” expecting Karl could offer some clarification, but like his wife, he was completely perplexed.

As viewers are aware, Chloe Brennan (April Rose Pengilly) returned from Adelaide last week and made the decision to list No. 24. This plotline brought Paige Brennan (Olympia Valance), who is now working as an estate agent, back to the show.

Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou), in contrast, has opted to buy a home and move to River Bend with Glen Donnelly (Richard Huggett).

On Tuesday’s (July 26) episode of the Channel 5 soap opera, Toadie (Ryan Moloney) learned that his soon-to-be bride Melanie Pearson (Lucinda Cowden) was having trouble with the idea of living on a street full with haunting memories.

Thus, he made the momentous choice to sell everything, much to Melanie’s delight as she dared to hope for a new beginning for the two of them.

In the meantime, Wendy Rodwell (Candice Leask) made the decision to list her home for sale despite the fact that her family had only recently moved into the neighbourhood.

Additionally, Nicolette Stone (Charlotte Chimes) opted to move to New York with David Tanaka (Takaya Honda) and Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) after they made the bold decision to leave Erinsborough.

The fact that Ramsay Street as they know it is going to change forever—possibly on purpose on the side of the showrunners, since the plot mirrors that of Neighbours’ impending end—left Karl and Susan in complete shock as they viewed all the For Sale signs.

We’re also not prepared, so don’t worry.

On July 27, Channel 5 will air new episodes of Neighbours at 1:45 and 6 p.m.
