Home and Away’s Chloe Anderson tells strange lies in death aftermath

Following the death of Ari Parata, Home and Away has intimated that Chloe Anderson’s behaviour is becoming a reason for concern.

Ari (Sam Barrett) passed away in hospital last week, leaving Chloe (Sam Barrett) distraught.

Recent episodes have focused on Chloe’s inability to cope with the terrible loss of her main father figure. The situation has taken an unexpected turn now that Ari’s nephew Nikau (Kawakawa Fox-Reo) is trying to raise awareness about it.

Nikau informed his uncle Tane (Ethan Browne) that Chloe is having serious grieving issues in Thursday’s programme on Channel 7 in Australia.

Tane vowed to look into it, but when he asked Chloe about it, she refuted Nikau’s assertions and pretended to be fine.

Chloe even went so far as to say that Nikau is the one who should be concerned about Tane.

Chloe turned the tables on Nikau, implying that he isn’t dealing with his uncle’s death as well as he claims. She even lied about seeing Nikau in one of Ari’s shirts at a particularly vulnerable time.

Tane couldn’t decide who to trust, especially after Nikau denied wearing the clothing.

When Nikau challenged Chloe about her bizarre allegations, she downplayed them, saying, “My mistake. Sorry for the inconvenience. It was a casual remark that I made. I believe Tane is exaggerating the situation.

“Perhaps it’s him taking the role of ‘head of house’ seriously.”

Chloe’s behaviour had left Nikau uneasy, especially when she gatecrashed a romantic evening for him and Bella Nixon (Courtney Miller) at the Astonis’ farmhouse.

Chloe said she had no choice but to go after them, claiming Tane and his girlfriend Felicity Newman (Jacqui Purvis) had made her feel uncomfortable at the Parata house.

Chloe’s unusual behaviour occurs as she appears to be completely reliant on Bella for support.

Is it possible that she’s attempting to pit everyone against each other in order to get closer to Bella?

In April, viewers of Home and Away in the United Kingdom will be able to see these moments on Channel 5.
