On Home and Away, Dean Thompson (played by Patrick O’Connor) has been keeping a BIG secret from his mother, Karen (Georgia Adamson).
Dean has discovered he is the father of a little son, Jai Simmons, since Karen’s last visit to Summer Bay.
At the farmhouse, Dean and his girlfriend, Ziggy Astoni (Sophie Dillman), have been attempting to hide Jai’s stuff.
Dean wants to tell Karen the truth when the moment is perfect.
His mother is currently embroiled in a lot of controversy.
She’s on the run from Brett, a man who has lately proposed to her.
Dean is perplexed as to why Karen has gone into hiding from a man who appears to adore her.
He believes there’s more to Karen’s narrative than she’s letting on.
But, before Dean can find out more, Karen stumbles across a snapshot of Jai that has dropped to the farmhouse’s floor…
