Home and Away can see Witness X running from Summer Bay since testimony against Colby Thorne.
On Australian television right now, Colby Thorne (Tim Franklin) is facing trial for the murder of Ross Nixon. The trial was going well before Witness X took the stand, with Colby, Bella Nixon (Courtney Miller), and Dean Thompson (Patrick O’Connor) all surprised to see the witness identified as Willow Harris (Sarah Roberts).
In scenes airing later this week, Colby accepts his fate (via TV Week and admits in court that he killed Ross, but insists no one else was involved in defending his parents).
The perpetrator is given a 25-year prison sentence, despite Dean wanting to confess his involvement in the murder. Bella is ravaged.
Afterwards, Willow tries to speak with Bella and Dean, but they are not interested in what she’s got to say.
Willow then decides to leave Summer Bay. She tells Jasmine Delaney (Sam Frost) and Irene Roberts (Lynne McGranger) about her plans and then leaves, although it is unclear whether or not she is gone for good.
UK audiences will have to wait until the beginning of 2021 to see the trial and the aftermath unfold.
