Roo Stewart, the legendary Home And Away character, had one of her greatest romance storylines in a long time earlier this year.

It was a doozy – both in terms of romance and plot – and as a consequence, viewers and the actors involved, Georgie Parker and Cameron Daddo, were left with a lasting memory.

Those who don’t remember Before sadly passing away, Roo fell for Evan, Ryder’s biological father, only for his hidden twin brother, Owen (also played by Cameron), to appear in Summer Bay shortly after.

It was a lovely old-fashioned soap opera.

Despite the fact that Owen and Roo were in love, the pair chose to split up, and Cam departed the programme.

Cameron is now pleading for Owen’s return.

Georgie shared a vintage photo with Cam on Instagram, and the 56-year-old soon reacted, expressing his want for Owen to return to the imaginary town.

“Back in the day, when Roo used to date. Georgie captioned, “Happy Friday with lovely @camerondaddo.”

“Put that fella Owen back on coach… he’s been in LOVE training… he’s ready to go!” Cam commented.

After Cameron’s second exit from the programme, he published a rediscovered Instagram post in which he hinted that his time on the programme might not be done just yet.

He wrote, “Surfing someplace off the coast of Australia…” before taunting, “I’ll be back!” ”

There is still hope for fans!

Cameron acknowledged in an interview with WHO last year that one of the reasons he chose to take the job was because of his strong connection with Georgie.

“I partnered with Georgie Parker on a production called Scorched a few years ago, and as a result, we became friends,” he added.

“It was wonderful to be able to work with her once again. This is what it’s all about; it’s about coming to work and having fun doing it with people I know who are really talented at what they do – so it was a no-brainer.”
