Ada Nicodemou, the darling of Australian television and star of Home and Away, has shared a lovely Logies throwback from 2012, when she walked the red carpet while pregnant with her son, Johnas.
She captioned it, “Here’s a throwback to the Logies when I was pregnant with my little man.”
Ada wore a lovely deep blue dress that flowed over her expanding baby bulge in the photograph.
Ada’s beauty was quickly noted by fans in the comments section.
“You have a wonderful appearance!” one written
“Ada is quite lovely,” said another.
A third said, “What a gorgeous radiance from your lively bundle of joy.”
12 years after her time on Home and Away ended, Ada gave birth to Johnas.
She divorced Chrys Xipolitas, Johnas’ father, in 2015 and has been dating businessman Adam Rigby since 2016.
The trio, along with Johnas and Adam, constitute a lovely blended family.
“Adam and Johnas adore each other; he’s a fantastic stepfather who has really stepped up,” Ada said of their relationship to TV WEEK.
“It’s extraordinarily special for a man to come into my world and love a child as if he were his own – and love me like I’ve never been loved before,” she continued.
Ada most likely uploaded the throwback in advance of her appearance at this year’s TV WEEK Logie Awards on Sunday, June 19.
She’s been playing Leah Patterson for 22 years and has been nominated for the Most Popular Actress award this year.
Ada has been nominated for both Most Popular Personality on Australian Television and Most Popular Actress several times during her stint on Home and Away, but has yet to win either award.
Despite her time in the position, Ada has stated that she may not stay on Home and Away indefinitely, as she considers other career options.
“I’m still undecided about whether or not I want to act.” “I constantly say, ‘I’m acting at the moment,'” she said in 2021 on the No Filter podcast.
“I’m not sure if this is something I’ll keep doing.”
