Patrick O’Connor’s character Dean Thompson is still upset that Ziggy Astoni (Sophie Dillman’s character) lied to him about aiding Remi Carter (Adam Rowland) on the TV show Home and Away (1:45pm – see our TV Guide for listings).
After Dean punched him for continuing to playfully flirt with Ziggy, Remi now has a sore jaw.
Ziggy is therefore making an effort to avoid Remi after their catastrophic van hunt operation together.
She doesn’t want to upset Dean once more.
Unfortunately, in a tiny community like Summer Bay, it might be challenging for Ziggy and Remi to stay out of each other’s way.
Ziggy seems to run into Remi everywhere!
Therefore, Ziggy seizes the chance to make amends with Remi for what transpired between them after the dubious van seller imprisoned them in the shed.
However, Dean has just noticed Ziggy and Dean reuniting.
He is not at all content.
Is Remi going to take another blow?
Nikau Parata (Kawaka Fox-Reo) is on a mission in the meantime.
To make apologies with Bella Nixon, his former girlfriend, he has made the decision to travel to New York.
It may be safe for Nikau to try his relationship with Bella again now that the Parata family has moved past the biker gang issue.
However, it appears that Bella and lifeguard Nikau won’t be able to reconnect in New York City.
Nikau gets stopped in his tracks as he is about to head to the airport by SOMEONE.
They note Bella’s satisfaction with her new life as a photographer’s assistant in New York.
Does Nikau truly intend to upset her by engaging in more emotional DRAMA?
WHO, though, is attempting to persuade Nikau to put Bella behind him and remain in Summer Bay?
Theo Poulos (Matt Evans) thinks he’s had enough of sneaking around with his bandmate Kirby Aramoana after another near-catch at being captured (Angelina Thomson).
Theo wants to make their connection known and believes that breaking the band’s rules is worth it for Kirby.
Theo, a singer-songwriter, serenades Kirby with an original love song in the backyard of the home she shares with their bandmates Remi and Eden Fowler to demonstrate how passionate he is about her (Stephanie Panozzo).
Theo’s behaviour charms Kirby.
But is she truly ready to announce their relationship to the world?
