Home and Away Spoilers – Felicity sabotages her own hen night

The following week on Home and Away in the UK, Felicity tries to set up Eden and Cash as a couple, while John makes the most of his golf tournament winnings.

While she pursues her goal of forcing Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) and Eden (Stephanie Panozzo) together the following week, Felicity (Jacqui Purvis) decides that the best way to accomplish this would be to sabotage both her own hen party and her fiancé Tane’s (Ethan Browne) buck’s night.

There is still a tonne to accomplish because the wedding is just one week away, so Flick is shocked when Tane abruptly says the location has changed. The wedding will no longer take place on the beach in Summer Bay, but rather, more in keeping with Flick’s upbringing as a country girl, on a nearby farm.

Tane’s kind act moves Flick, who then asks Eden if she needs to speak with Cash about the last-minute change. When Eden informs her that it won’t be necessary and that everything is in order, she is a little let down.

With Eden serving as her bridesmaid and Cash serving as her usher, Flick had hoped that the two would be thrown together during the wedding planning. However, because they each have their own to-do lists, they have so far been able to maintain their separation while dealing with the awkwardness that has resulted from Cash rejecting Eden’s hopes for a romantic relationship.

The topic of the hen night quickly comes up, and Flick, Eden, and Mackenzie (Emily Weir) express their excitement about spending the evening on a karaoke bus. Being in Flick’s bridal tribe and all, Flick tries to guilt-trip Cash into joining them, but Cash laughs off her emotional blackmail and chooses to stick with Tane’s buck’s night instead.

Using a different approach, Flick goes to the beach to talk to best man Nikau (Kawakawa Fox-Reo). She makes small talk in an effort to learn where the guys are going that night, but he quickly picks her up by telling her that information is top secret. It appears that Nik may have changed his mind when Flick explains that she simply wanted to know where to send the stripper so Tane’s night would be unforgettable.

When Flick subsequently shows up to inform Eden that they are forgoing the karaoke bus because she has already reserved a spot at a particularly exclusive place, Eden is more than a little miffed.

The two groups are about to go that evening, but Flick oddly can’t seem to locate one of her shoes. When Eden enters dressed to the nines, Cash is taken aback, but Flick hurriedly ushers the men out when Eden begins to talk about how her plans for the evening have been wrecked.

As he drives his uncle and Cash to a posh club where they are joined by all of Tane’s friends (represented by some non-speaking extras we’ve never seen before), the organiser Nik finally reveals his magnificent plan for Tane’s evening.

As Nik takes Flick’s shoe out of his backpack and commands his cousin to drink from it, an authentic Aussie “shoey,” the story around it is quickly revealed.

However, as Tane engages in the first of his buck’s nighttime activities, Flick, Eden, and Mac (together with Flick’s own gang of non-speaking extras) unexpectedly arrive at the scene. What are the possibilities that they have all wound up in the same club?

While the majority of the guests chuckle at the unbelievable coincidence, Eden pulls Flick aside right away. She knows that she did this on purpose to make sure that Cash and Flick spend the evening in the same room.

When Cash glares at her from the other side of the room, Flick simply advises her to unwind and see where the evening leads her.

Tane informs Flick that he can see what she’s up to while still being delighted to see her. Nik isn’t too thrilled that he’s been fooled by Flick now that he realises there isn’t a stripper on the way.

Eden quickly reminds Cash that she had previously stated that Flick was to blame for her plans being derailed back at the house when a furious Cash confronts her and accuses her of being responsible for the predicament.

Eden responds that her sole goal is to get drunk as Cash asks what they should do next.

Theo (Matt Evans) and Kirby (Angelina Thomson) arrive late to the party, allowing two more regulars to join the action as it continues in Wednesday’s episode.

Eden is soon spotted by Kirby alone and looking miserable, but as everyone moves to the dance floor, Kirby is able to persuade Eden to join them.

Eden jumps up on the stage, clearly a little tipsy by this point, and calls to an unimpressed Cash to dance with her.

Cash doesn’t want to dance, but when Eden suddenly collapses off the platform, he finds himself hurrying to save her!

Even though Flick acknowledges that Cash’s insistence on sending Eden home is perfect, she can’t help but feel optimistic now that Cash has emerged as Eden’s hero in shining armour.

Will her strategy ultimately succeed?

Irene (Lynne McGranger) is dealing with the fallout from the terrible golf tournament incident that occurred last week; specifically, she is beginning to regret giving John (Shane Withington) a year’s worth of free coffees at the cafe as the prize.

A rather agitated John is getting on Irene’s nerves as he orders his fourth coffee of the morning after deciding to spend his time in the diner trying the various coffee alternatives available. Irene cautions him that he is truly putting their friendship to the test when he orders one on behalf of Justin (James Stewart), noting that there is nothing in the fine print to prevent him from doing so.

As Roo (Georgie Parker) and Marilyn add up the money they made from the event later in the week, they discover they had made just over $35,000 altogether. Alf (Ray Meagher) and Leah (Ada Nicodemou) congratulate the couple on their incredible accomplishment, even if they fell $5k shy of their initial objective, which would have allowed them to purchase a new food truck for the city charity they’ve been volunteering for.

Although $5k may not seem like much in the broad scheme of things, as Roo points out, Marilyn was determined to raise the full amount. Marilyn tells Alf the following morning that she feels she’s let everyone down.

Winners John, Kirby, and Rose (Kirsty Marillier) are currently selling one of their other prizes because they decided against taking a cruise together. As the trip sells for significantly more money than they had planned, John devises a scheme after learning about the gap from Irene.

As John returns to the diner, Roo and Marilyn notice that an additional $5000 has been made anonymously into their account. They can’t believe their good fortune—exactly it’s what they needed!

Irene notices John looking and smiles sagely. John claims to know nothing when questioned, but Irene is only too pleased to deliver his next coffee order.
